Payment processors handle secure payment pages, billing portal access, payment status, and plan changes. MySkyTracker stores only the plan state needed to apply plan limits.

Open ADS-B and premium aircraft detail sources supply aircraft position and metadata. The app stores coverage filters, layout history, device sign-in state, and layout settings needed to operate connected devices.

Private service credentials are kept out of browser and mobile code. TV sign-in codes are short lived, and sensitive access details are protected before storage.

Layout history retention follows the active plan. Customers can request account, device, or billing support through the support email for the deployed service.
